I bought my very first car with JTC Motors, a Fiat 500, on a recommendation from a colleague after 4 painful weeks searching the SW for good, affordable car dealers. I initially booked to view a VW Polo, but fell in love with the Fiat. James was instantly very accommodating and we were able to test drive it right there and then. Both James and Tim explained everything clearly for an easy, no-pressure, stress-free process. They even kindly contacted us out-of-hours regarding deposits and queries. The car was deep cleaned, and the outside polished before purchase. After a couple days of driving it, I noticed it had a squeaky clutch. They went above and beyond to replace a part at no charge, returned the same day. I’ve had to trouble since! The cambelt was also recently replaced. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to all the team for making my first car purchase an enjoyable one! :)

Today I purchased a Ford mondeo from JTC motors, excellent service from start to Finnish with James.
We had Looked at the car a few days previously, we was left to take the car for test drive by Ourselves to get a good feel for it, no pushy salesman tactics like you get at other places.
On returning from test drive myself and James discussed getting a mot, service cam belt and water pump done. Nothing was to much trouble and all turned around very quickly in my opinion.
Regular updates on the progress of the car before collecting it today.

I recently purchased a mini countryman from here and I would highly recommend this garage. When we arrived James came our with the keys and took a picture of my driving licence so we could have a test drive and he just left us to it in a very nice way at no point did he use any sales tactics.

We purchased the car and we noticed the air con wasn't getting cold and I can not rate these guys highly enough they booked it in within 24 hours and all I had to do was confirm a suitable time and they have also arranged for the costs to be directly invoiced to them. If anyone is after a used car I would definitely use jtc motors

We recently purchased a Seat Ibiza we were very happy with the service we received from the friendly and well informed staff, the standard of the valet when we collected the car was very good. The car also had a fair amount of fuel in it which as we had come from Newton Abbot was very useful, we had searched for several weeks closer to home with no luck this was the best garage we came across we would definitely recommend them.

From just going to take a look around I got the feeling of friendly people who genuinely want to trade in quality cars and no hard sell. There was a good selection of cars for what I was after. One took my interest more, booked a test drive and was very happy with it, when said I would take it wasn’t a case of where’s the money, here’s your keys, bye; they took time to do final checks, gave it a great valet to get scuffs out as best as possible and there was a rust patch starting which they sorted as well. By time I picked it up although an older car felt like collecting a new one. James even stayed a little late to enable us to collect in one evening.

Fab service, lovely guys, JTC Motors will be my first call if I need another car in the future.

Found a fantastic and sensibly priced Octavia Estate at JTC Motors a couple of weeks ago. On the way home after collecting the car, one of the front indicators stopped working. Then I discovered a piece of equipment was missing from the boot. Both of these issues were quickly rectified by Tim.

Tim and James were brilliant and the quality of service, communication and product they deliver is brilliant. I'm a picky customer and they put up with me with courtesy and professionalism.

The prices of their stock is very reasonable for a dealer and they were quick to turn it around plus getting any niggly bits sorted was no bother. She was very happy.

I recently purchased a car from JTC motors and I must say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them from start to finish and I can’t recommend them enough.
I wanted a particular make and model of vehicle with a very specific specification. Tim and James listened to what I wanted and then sourced the perfect car within 48 hours!!
The communication from the first call to the final handover was incredible and they kept me informed at various stages to ensure I was fully up to date.
The car was immaculate at handover and exactly as described with an even higher spec than I had requested. It must also be noted that this transaction was carried out from 340 miles away and the first time I saw the car was when I collected it.
